Terms

Any dimensions are to be verified on site by the client or the builder before any works begin. Speedy Plans will not be responsible for any discrepancies if those were not reported BEFORE works began.

Speedy Plans do not include within the instant quotes and are not responsible for the planning and/or building control application fees. Once the applications are submitted, the client will receive a payment link or alternative instructions to pay for the application fees directly to the relevant authority.

Any additional reports required by the local planning authority is at the client’s expense.

Speedy Plans include 1x submission for each project. If multiple submissions are required, additional charges may be applicable.

If you pay a premium for an express service and if for any reason Speedy Plans cannot fulfil this service, you will be refunded the extra fee associated with the express service.

Planning and/or building control applications will only be made once full payment is received.

Watermark free drawings (.PDF, .DWG) will only be released once full payment is received.

Our Building Control packages only include the necessary structural engineer drawings and calculations.

If you decide to cancel the project, we will be required to charge you for any work completed up to that point.

Speedy Plans include 3 full drawing set amendments within the quoted fee. Any extra amendments will attract a fee of £120 inc VAT.

If you have opted for or are required to apply for a full building control application, Speedy Plans would strongly recommend to only begin construction work once the application is fully checked and signed off by the building control officers.
