How it Works

Our optimised processes allow us to complete planning and building control applications quickly and efficiently.

The process is as follows:

  1. After you receive and approve a planning and/or building control quote, we will contact you to discuss next steps
  2. If you provide your own measurements, we can start right away. If not, we will arrange a visit to your home to take measurements and photos
  3. During the online design meeting, we'll discuss your goals (e.g. extra bedrooms, more storage, garage conversion) and provide a plan and any necessary advice
  4. After the design meeting, our team will start working on your project and send you the completed drawing package within 10-21 working days (or 7 working days with the express service) for your review and approval
  5. Once you are happy with the drawings, we will submit and handle all necessary planning and building control applications and keep you updated. It takes about 8 weeks to receive a decision from the local planning authority
  6. Once approvals are received, we'll forward them to you. This will allow you to get started with construction work
