I contacted Gvidas to prepare floor plan drawings as part of a retrospective licence application with the Camden council. Not only he produced excellent drawings, but he went above and beyond in helping me navigating the building control application, including helping me figuring out all the undeclared alterations made by the previous owner, and even discussing them directly over the phone with the building control officer. Thanks to Gvidas this was a very smooth and positive experience for what would have otherwise been a very stressful process.

I had Gvidas come and scan my home, he was in and out in under an hour, we had had a design meeting a few days later, I was really impressed with the way he managed to incorporate all of my ideas in the design and utilise the space in which each are was functional and uncluttered.
